Job Summary
Conduct home health visits for adult and geriatric clients in Howard County, MD, performing diagnostic tests for mobility, strength, balance, and safety. Implement integumentary protective interventions, develop individualized care plans with manual therapeutic exercises and gait training, and educate clients on independent living strategies. Continually assess and revise care plans while documenting observations and interventions using a touch pad tablet. Requires a current Maryland PT license, one year of recent experience, and at least two weekend days (Saturday and Sunday) of commitment. Base pay ranges from $57.00 to $75.00 per point.
Required Qualifications
- Current HH/Oasis experience
- Current Maryland Physical Therapist - PT license
- Minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist - PT
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem solving skills
- Commitment of at least 2 weekend days Saturday and Sunday
