Physical Therapist Weekend Incentive - Toledo Hospital

Provide and supervise physical therapy services at ProMedica facilities, developing and implementing PT treatment plans for patients across age groups, including infants through geriatrics; evaluate patients, select and administer assessments, document progress, educate patients and families, mentor PTAs and students, participate in program development and quality improvement, and potentially travel between ProMedica locations. Must hold a PT degree (Bachelor/Master/Doctorate in Physical Therapy) and a current PT license, with CPR certification; weekend, part-time schedule and 20 hours weekly at Toledo Hospital location with a sign-on bonus for external candidates committing to 1 year. Responsibilities include maintaining patient care records, adhering to safety standards, and supporting mission-driven care across acute therapy settings.
