Job Summary
Full-time Physical Therapist needed for Green Oaks Physical Therapy in Waxahachie, TX. This outpatient orthopedic-focused role involves gradually ramping to see 10-12 patients per day with a teamwork-oriented environment, mentorship, and growth opportunities. Compensation includes base salary ($78-$95k) plus productivity bonus up to $15,600 and relocation/sign-on incentives. Benefits include generous PTO, health/dental insurance, CE allowance, tuition reimbursement, EAP, and pathways to clinic leadership. Ideal candidates are self-starters with strong communication and a patient-care focus, holding a CAPTE-accredited PT degree and Texas PT license (or pending relocation-license).
