Job Summary
Provide physical therapy services in a 1:1 geriatric house call setting to older adults in their communities. Facilitate clinically-excellent autonomous interventions within an interdisciplinary approach focused on functional outcomes. Create, control, and alter your treatment schedule to maintain flexibility. This role supports a team dedicated to abolishing ageism and driving rewarding patient outcomes through one-on-one care. Candidates must hold a valid Physical Therapy license in the state of practice, an accredited degree, and current CPR certification.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
- Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
- Basic computer literacy skills
