Job Summary
Provide physical therapy services in a 1:1 setting to older adults in their communities, facilitating clinically excellent autonomous interventions. Drive rewarding patient outcomes through an interdisciplinary approach focused on functional outcomes while abolishing ageism. Work within a geriatric house call model to pioneer care for older adults in their homes. You may work part-time at 23 hours per week or on a PRN/Flex basis for 10-15 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
- Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
- Basic computer literacy skills
- Current CPR certification
