Job Summary
Provide Physical Therapy services directed towards preventing disability, relieving pain, developing, improving, or restoring motor function within the patient's capabilities under general supervision of the Program Director, Rehab & Integrated Services, and the Clinical Nurse Manager. Deliver care to support the VNA Rehabilitation Department, ensuring maximum physical, emotional, social, and mental performance. Perform duties while driving on average three or more times per week. Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, current licenses in both MA & RI, one year of experience, BLS & CPR certification, and fluency in electronic records programs.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy
- Current License in Physical Therapy in both MA & RI
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with various software, database and electronic records programs
- One (1) year of experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) & CPR certification
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired
- Driving on average 3 or more times per week
