Job Summary
Conduct initial evaluations, establish treatment plans with measurable goals, and implement therapeutic interventions including mobility training, strengthening exercises, modalities, and specialized manual therapy for patients with neuromuscular, orthopedic, and other disorders. Apply diagnostic and prognostic testing to track outcomes and modify plans based on patient function while documenting all care activities per regulatory standards. Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and staff regarding physical medicine and rehabilitation services. Requires a Physical Therapy license and BLS certification; willing to float between Colorado Springs and Woodland Park. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
- Physical Therapist in state of employment or Physical Therapist license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact
- Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association
Desired Qualifications
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
- Previous work experience providing direct patient care in outpatient, inpatient or inpatient rehab unit
- Prior use of electronic medical records (EMR)
- Dry Needling Certification or Education
- Willingness to float to locations between Colorado Springs and Woodland Park
