Job Summary
Conduct Physical Therapy evaluations and follow-up visits under a Visit-Based-Earnings model, controlling your caseload while maintaining excellence in care delivery and coding. Deliver outpatient orthopedic care with flexible scheduling options including evenings, weekends, and weekdays, earning $45 per evaluation and $30 per follow-up visit. Maintain an active or pending Tennessee Physical Therapist license and complete the structured onboarding process provided by the Upstream Rehabilitation family of brands.
Required Qualifications
- Active / pending Physical Therapist license in the state of Tennessee (or eligible)
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MPT, or equivalent)
