Physical Therapist, Vestibular

Plan, evaluate, and implement Physical Therapy treatment programs for patients ages 0 to adulthood across developmental, sports orthopedics, and vestibular populations. Complete patient evaluations and reassessments, then develop individualized plans of care based on findings. Provide clinical support to assigned outpatient clinics or specialty programs while mentoring less experienced staff. Document patient information in the Electronic Medical Record with no more than six errors per year. Serve as a clinical instructor for at least one professional student annually and report all unsafe situations or injuries to management. Actively participate in Quality Improvement initiatives. Candidates must hold a Physical Therapy degree and Texas state certification, with two years of clinical experience preferred.
