Physical Therapist

Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on evaluation results, reviewing physician referrals and medical records to determine required therapy. Provide direct patient care by established protocols, document findings and progress, and complete written plans of care with goals. Implement physical therapy treatment programs and supervise assistants and rehabilitation technicians. Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, physicians, and insurance companies while ensuring timely documentation of daily notes, workers' compensation reports, and discharge summaries.
