Job Summary

Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans, then provide direct patient care by established protocols. Document findings, progress, and instructions for patients and caregivers while supervising assistants and rehabilitation technicians. Complete written plans of care, develop goals based on evaluation findings, and implement comprehensive physical therapy treatment programs. Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, physicians, and insurance companies. Current Georgia license and CPR certification required. Salary range $75,000-$90,000 with sign-on bonuses available. In-house APTA accredited residency program and mentorship support.

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Current state of Georgia Physical Therapy license
  • CPR certification
  • Exercise, sports rehab, and manual-based skills
  • Outgoing and energetic personality
