Job Summary
Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and neuromuscular conditions by developing individualized treatment plans, providing manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education. Document progress and maintain accurate clinical records while communicating effectively with patients, caregivers, and referral sources. Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure high-quality care, participate in continuing education, and work independently in an outpatient setting. Graduates of a CAPTE-accredited program with a current Wisconsin license are welcome to apply. No weekends or evenings required.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current or upcoming Wisconsin Physical Therapist license
- CPR certification
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently in an outpatient setting
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with balance and vestibular rehab preferred (or willingness to learn)
