Job Summary
Conduct thorough patient evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions while monitoring progress. Document assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately in compliance with healthcare standards. Supervise physical therapy assistants and rehabilitation technicians, collaborate with referring physicians, and provide patient education on home exercise programs. Maintain accurate electronic health records and participate in regular team meetings for care coordination. Requires a CAPTE-accredited graduate degree, current Minnesota license, and valid CPR certification. Salary begins at $72,000 with discretionary incentives, plus medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and generous PTO. No weekends; Monday-Friday schedule available.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current Minnesota state physical therapy license or eligibility to obtain one
- Valid CPR certification
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitation principles
- Excellent assessment and diagnostic skills
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans
- Strong documentation and electronic health record skills
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities
- Physical stamina and ability to assist patients with mobility
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
- Commitment to continuing education and professional development
- No Weekends, Only Monday-Friday
