Job Summary
Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with sports-related injuries, orthopedic, and neuromuscular conditions. Deliver hands-on therapy and prescribe therapeutic exercises to restore function, strength, and mobility while educating patients on injury prevention and recovery strategies. Collaborate with referring physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations. This role focuses on providing evidence-based care to patients recovering from orthopedic injuries and performance-related conditions within our outpatient physical therapy and sports medicine team.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program
- Active Physical Therapy license in Virginia
