Job Summary
Provide high-quality outpatient orthopedic physical therapy in Bend, OR, delivering evidence-based care and developing individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient progress, participate in mentorship and professional development programs, and engage with community partnerships. Opportunity to work with elite athletes through partnerships with local/national programs, including the U.S. Ski & Snowboard teams. Requires current or eligible Oregon PT licensure and a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree; mentorship and ongoing education are offered. This is a full-time role with a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available with commitment.
Required Qualifications
- Current or upcoming Oregon Physical Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure)
- Graduate or upcoming graduate of an accredited DPT program
- Experience treating a wide range of diagnoses and patient populations
- Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships
- Commitment to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care
