Job Summary
Provide high-quality physical therapy services in a collaborative interdisciplinary team; evaluate patients, develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans, perform physical therapy treatments using various techniques and modalities, document patient progress in electronic medical records, educate patients and families about treatment plans and home exercise programs, collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated patient care, assess progress and adjust plans as needed, maintain regulatory compliance and safety, participate in team meetings and care planning, with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree and Texas licensure. Salaried position with starting base annual pay around $78,000, plus negotiable sign-on/retention bonuses and benefits; opportunities for professional development and leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
- Current Texas Physical Therapy license
- Valid BLS/CPR certification
- Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques and modalities
- Excellent assessment and diagnostic skills
- Proven experience in developing and implementing treatment plans
- Strong documentation and electronic medical record skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience working with diverse patient populations
