Deliver proficient evaluations and evidence-based treatment plans while providing highly skilled physical therapy at every visit. Drive patient outcomes through consistent follow-through on plans of care and serve every patient with energy, focus, joy, and unreasonable hospitality. Collaborate positively with teammates to maintain an uplifting clinic environment and demonstrate core values in all interactions. Communicate professionally with patients, referral sources, and community members. Requires a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program graduate, current Idaho license, and CPR certification. New graduates welcome.
