Job Summary
Conduct outpatient orthopedic therapy including exercise, manual-based skills, and sports rehabilitation within four-county clinics. Manage the clinic effectively while utilizing strong multi-tasking abilities to support patient care, staff, and healthcare professionals. Maintain excellent communication skills to interact compassionately with patients and collaborate within a supportive team environment. Requires a current Pennsylvania license, CAPTE accreditation, and CPR certification. Full-time position with experience-based compensation, continuing education reimbursement, and clinical mentorship available.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate (or soon to be) from a CAPTE accredited Physical Therapist program
- Current Pennsylvania license or the ability to begin the licensing process promptly
- CPR certification
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals
- Strong multi-tasking abilities to manage the clinic effectively
- A self-starter with a mindset for achieving growth and success
- A passion for providing quality patient care with a positive and compassionate approach
Desired Qualifications
- Outpatient orthopedic experience, including exercise, manual-based skills, and sports rehabilitation, is preferred but not required.
