Job Summary
Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient orthopedic setting, developing individualized treatment plans to restore strength, mobility, and function. Provide manual therapy, therapeutic modalities, and evidence-based interventions while monitoring progress and adjusting plans as needed. Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, maintain accurate documentation, and educate families on home exercise programs. Collaborate with physicians and Certified Hand Therapists to ensure optimal outcomes. Float between Melbourne and Rockledge clinic locations on a Monday through Friday schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active Florida Physical Therapist license in good standing
- Current CPR certification
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Self-motivated with a growth-oriented mindset
- Passion for delivering high-quality, compassionate patient care
- Monday - Friday schedule
- No weekends
- Part-time hours
- Float between our Melbourne and Rockledge clinic locations
