Job Summary
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans for orthopedic conditions, then deliver evidence-based rehabilitation through manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education. Monitor progress to modify plans as needed while collaborating with physicians and team members to ensure outstanding outcomes. Maintain accurate documentation and foster a positive, patient-centered experience from initial evaluation through discharge. Schedule is flexible between 7am and 6pm with no weekends, ramping to 10-12 patients daily. New graduates are welcome with a 36-month mentorship program and access to specialty practice opportunities in pelvic health, spine, and more.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from a CAPTE-accredited program
- Current Nebraska Physical Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure)
- Passion for outpatient orthopedic physical therapy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing exceptional patient care
- Team-oriented mindset with a desire to continue learning and growing
