Job Summary
Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans using advanced manual therapy and exercise-based techniques. Provide expert, hands-on care while documenting progress, updating treatment plans, and ensuring quality continuity. Supervise physical therapist assistants and rehabilitation technicians, communicating clearly with patients, caregivers, and referring providers to deliver exceptional outcomes. Maintain a positive clinic culture through collaboration with colleagues. Requires a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program, current or future Arizona PT license, and CPR certification.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current or future Arizona PT license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- CPR certification
- Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Energetic, team-oriented mindset — and a passion for helping patients thrive
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced or interest in manual therapy and/or sports rehabilitation background
- Interest in developing or expanding a clinical specialty (e.g., hand therapy, sports, pelvic health, chronic pain, or vestibular rehabilitation)
