Job Summary
Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on evaluation results. Provide direct patient care by established protocols and patient care guidelines. Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers. Complete a written plan of care, develop goals based on evaluation findings, and develop a comprehensive program to attain goals. Implement physical therapy treatment program and provide essential physical therapy treatments. Communicate effectively with patients/caregivers and professional colleagues, including physicians and insurance companies. Advance Rehabilitation offers a mentorship and continuing education program, including an in-house APTA accredited RESIDENCY program. New graduates are welcome to join this team focused on industrial rehabilitation, athletic training, and sports medicine.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current state of Georgia Physical Therapy license
- CPR certification
- Exercise, sports rehab, and manual-based skills
- Outgoing and energetic personality
