Job Summary
Develop individualized, evidence-based care plans and deliver high-quality, outcomes-driven therapy to patients in outpatient orthopedic settings. Collaborate with peers in a values-driven team environment while building lasting connections with patients and local providers. Continue learning and growing through Upstream's education and development programs, including in-house residency and fellowship opportunities. Full-time, part-time, and PRN positions available with a reasonable caseload expectation of 10-12 visits per day. Competitive salary ranges from $75,000 to $90,000 annually with an achievable monthly clinical bonus program.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MPT, or equivalent)
- Active / pending Tennessee Physical Therapist license (or eligible)
