Job Summary
Develop individualized, evidence-based care plans for patients in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy across Grain Valley, Oak Grove, and Odessa clinics. Deliver high-quality, outcomes-driven PT services, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and foster connections with patients and local providers. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
- Active Georgia Physical Therapist license (or eligible)
