Job Summary
Develop individualized, evidence-based care plans and deliver high-quality, outcomes-driven therapy for outpatient orthopedic patients. Collaborate with peers in a values-driven team environment while building lasting connections with patients and local providers. Continue learning and growing through Upstream's education and development programs, including structured onboarding for new grads and ongoing mentorship. Work within a network of over 1,200 clinics that leverages modern clinical technology to reduce documentation time. Full-time, part-time, and PRN positions available with competitive pay ranging from $80,000 to $95,000 and an achievable monthly clinical bonus program.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
- Active Georgia Physical Therapist license (or eligible)
