Job Summary
Deliver outpatient orthopedic physical therapy with individualized, evidence-based care plans and outcomes-focused therapy. Collaborate within a values-driven clinical team, participate in mentorship and ongoing education, and utilize Upstream’s residency/fellowship programs to support professional growth. New graduates are welcome; the role supports full-time, part-time, and PRN positions with competitive pay between $75k–$95k and a range of benefits including loan repayment assistance, health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), PTO, and ongoing development opportunities. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
- Active South Carolina Physical Therapist license (or eligible)
