Job Summary
Physical Therapist for Outpatient Orthopedic care within Upstream Rehabilitation’s Benchmark Physical Therapy network. You’ll develop individualized, evidence-based care plans for patients, deliver high-quality outcomes-driven therapy, and collaborate with a values-driven team. The role supports ongoing learning through Upstream’s education programs, including in-house Residency/Fellowship opportunities and CEU options, with a clear path to professional growth and potential clinic ownership/partnership. Eligible candidates may be licensed in Tennessee (or eligible) with a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree; new grads are encouraged to apply. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
- Active Tennessee Physical Therapist license (or eligible)
