Job Summary
Provide outpatient orthopedic physical therapy as a licensed Physical Therapist in Louisville, KY. Develop individualized, evidence-based care plans for patients and deliver high-quality, outcomes-driven therapy. Collaborate with a values-driven, multidisciplinary team and engage in ongoing professional development through Upstream Rehabilitation’s education programs, including residency/fellowship opportunities and mentorship. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
- Active Kentucky Physical Therapist license (or eligible)
