Job Summary
Develop individualized, evidence-based care plans for patients and deliver high-quality, outcomes-driven physical therapy in an outpatient orthopedic setting. Collaborate with peers in a values-driven team environment, build lasting connections with patients and local providers, and participate in Upstream Rehabilitation’s education and development programs. DPT or equivalent degree required; active Georgia Physical Therapist license (or eligible). Opportunities include full-time, part-time, or PRN with mentorship, competitive pay ($80,000–$95,000), clinical bonuses, loan-repayment assistance, comprehensive benefits, and pathways toward ownership/partnership. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
