Job Summary
Deliver outpatient orthopedic physical therapy, develop individualized, evidence-based care plans for patients, and provide high-quality, outcomes-driven therapy. Collaborate with peers in a values-driven team environment and continue learning through Upstream’s education and development programs. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
