Job Summary
Provide individualized, evidence-based outpatient orthopedic physical therapy to patients in Upstream Rehabilitation clinics. Deliver high-quality, outcomes-driven therapy, develop care plans, and collaborate with a values-driven team to build lasting connections with patients and local providers. Roles support new grads and offer structured onboarding, mentorship, and ongoing professional development through residency/fellowship programs. Competitive salary range of $80,000–$90,000 with a clinical bonus program, loan repayment assistance, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for career growth and clinic ownership. Must be a graduate of an accredited PT program (DPT or equivalent) with an active Texas PT license (or eligible).
