Job Summary
Oversee rehabilitation services to ensure high quality of resident care, assigning cases and tasks to staff while guiding assessments to match services to client needs. Monitor program quality and outcomes, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and comply with professional, ethical, and legal standards. Requires an active New Jersey Physical Therapist license, graduation from an accredited therapy program, and prior experience in sub-acute or home care settings. Part-time daytime hours with flexible scheduling available.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older
- Graduate of accredited therapy program
- Current and active Physical Therapist license in New Jersey
- Prior experience working with adults in a sub-acute and/or home care setting
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate
- Must be able to produce a negative drug test
- Must be able to satisfactorily perform the essential functions of the position
