Job Summary
Conduct one-on-one physical therapy services in a 1:1 setting to help older adults in their communities, facilitating clinically-excellent autonomous interventions. Deliver care within FOX Rehabilitation's Geriatric House CallsTM model, driving rewarding patient outcomes through an interdisciplinary approach focused on functional results. Manage treatment schedules with flexibility to create, control, and alter your schedule, available as full-time, part-time, or PRN/PPU roles. Maintain a valid Physical Therapy license, current CPR certification, and degree from an accredited program. Required Qualifications
