Deliver care through Geriatric House CallsTM to patients in their communities while maintaining flexibility to shape your treatment schedule. Manage clinical growth through an interdisciplinary team approach and utilize cutting-edge technology to drive rewarding patient results. Full-time or part-time salaried roles available, with PRN/Flex options for paid per unit work. Valid Physical Therapy license, accredited degree, and current CPR certification required. Required Qualifications
