Job Summary
Provide physical therapy services in a 1:1 setting to older adults in their communities, facilitating clinically-excellent autonomous interventions. Deliver care through FOX's Geriatric House Calls program, driving rewarding patient outcomes and abolishing ageism. Participate in an interdisciplinary approach focused on functional outcomes while maintaining flexibility to shape your treatment schedule. Full-time and part-time roles are available with salary or paid-per-unit compensation, including opportunities for clinical growth, continuing education, and certification reimbursement. Valid physical therapy licensure, an accredited degree, and current CPR certification are required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
- Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
- Basic computer literacy skills
- Current CPR certification
