Job Summary
Conduct physical therapy services in a 1:1 setting to older adults in their communities, facilitating clinically-excellent autonomous interventions. Deliver care through FOX's Geriatric House Calls program while participating in an interdisciplinary approach focused on functional outcomes. Manage your own treatment schedule with flexibility to create, control, and alter your hours, available for full-time, part-time, or PRN positions. Maintain a valid Physical Therapy license in the state of practice, hold current CPR certification, and possess basic computer literacy skills. Join a clinician-operated private practice offering unlimited continuing education access and professional certification reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
