Job Summary
Conduct physical therapy services in a 1:1 setting for older adults, facilitating clinically-excellent autonomous interventions within an interdisciplinary approach focused on functional outcomes. Deliver care through Geriatric House CallsTM to help abolish ageism and drive rewarding patient outcomes. Manage your treatment schedule with flexibility to create, control, and alter hours, available as full-time, part-time, PRN, or flex positions. Maintain a valid Physical Therapy license, accredited degree, CPR certification, and basic computer literacy skills. Join FOX Rehabilitation, a clinician-operated private practice offering unlimited continuing education access, professional certification reimbursement, and an emerging professionals mentor program for new grads.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
- Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
- Basic computer literacy skills
- Current CPR certification
