Job Summary
Conduct one-on-one physical therapy services for older adults in the community, delivering clinically excellent autonomous interventions within a geriatric house call model. Manage treatment schedules with flexibility to create, control, and alter your own hours while collaborating on an interdisciplinary approach focused on functional outcomes. Maintain a valid Physical Therapy license, current CPR certification, and basic computer literacy skills. Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
- Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
