Job Summary
Conduct physical therapy services in a 1:1 setting for older adults in their homes as part of our Geriatric House Calls program. Deliver clinically-excellent autonomous interventions within an interdisciplinary team focused on functional outcomes. Manage treatment schedules with flexibility to create, control, and alter your own hours. Maintain a valid Physical Therapy license, current CPR certification, and degree from an accredited program. Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
- Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
- Basic computer literacy skills
