Job Summary
Conduct physical therapy services in a 1:1 setting with older adults in their communities, facilitating clinically-excellent autonomous interventions within an interdisciplinary approach focused on functional outcomes. Manage treatment schedules with flexibility to create, control, and alter your schedule, while delivering care through FOX's Geriatric House CallsTM model to help abolish ageism and drive rewarding patient outcomes. Maintain a valid Physical Therapy license in the state of practice, current CPR certification, and basic computer literacy skills. Full-time and part-time roles are available with benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and 401k, alongside opportunities for clinical growth, continuing education, and certification reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
- Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
- Basic computer literacy skills
- Current CPR certification
