Job Summary
Conduct one-on-one physical therapy services in a 1:1 setting to help older adults in their communities, facilitating clinically-excellent autonomous interventions. Deliver care through FOX's Geriatric House Calls program while participating in an interdisciplinary approach focused on functional outcomes. Maintain flexibility to create and alter your treatment schedule, with options for full-time, part-time, or PRN roles. Hold a valid Physical Therapy license, an accredited degree, and current CPR certification. Join a clinician-operated private practice offering unlimited continuing education access and professional certification reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
