Deliver one-on-one physical therapy services to older adults in their homes as part of our pioneering Geriatric House Calls program. Facilitate clinically excellent autonomous interventions within an interdisciplinary team focused on functional outcomes and abolishing ageism. Customize your treatment schedule to maintain a successful work-life balance while driving rewarding patient outcomes. This role offers full-time, part-time, or PRN flexibility with a standard base pay range of $70,000 to $102,000 annually for full-time positions in New Jersey. Qualified candidates may receive up to $10k in sign-on bonuses and access to an Emerging Professionals Mentor Program for new graduates.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
- Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
- Basic computer literacy skills
- Current CPR certification
