Conduct one-on-one physical therapy services for older adults in a geriatric house call setting, delivering clinically excellent autonomous interventions to drive rewarding patient outcomes. Facilitate care within an interdisciplinary approach focused on functional outcomes while maintaining flexibility to create and alter your treatment schedule. Maintain a valid Physical Therapy license, current CPR certification, and basic computer literacy skills. Required Qualifications
