Deliver care through FOX's Geriatric House Calls program, utilizing an interdisciplinary approach focused on functional outcomes. Maintain flexibility to create and alter your treatment schedule while participating in clinical and non-clinical career growth opportunities. Hold a valid Physical Therapy license, accredited degree, and current CPR certification. Full-time and part-time roles offer unlimited continuing education access, professional certification reimbursement, and cutting-edge technology.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
