Job Summary
Conduct one-on-one physical therapy services for older adults in their homes as part of our Geriatric House Calls program. Deliver clinically excellent autonomous interventions within a supportive interdisciplinary team focused on functional outcomes. Manage treatment schedules with flexibility to create, control, and alter your own schedule. Maintain a valid Physical Therapy license, current CPR certification, and basic computer literacy skills. Earn up to $10k sign-on bonus if you qualify. Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
- Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
