Conduct one-on-one physical therapy services with older adults in their homes as part of FOX Rehabilitation's Geriatric House Calls program. Facilitate clinically-excellent autonomous interventions within an interdisciplinary team focused on functional outcomes. Customize treatment schedules to maintain flexibility while delivering rewarding patient outcomes. Maintain a valid Physical Therapy license, current CPR certification, and basic computer literacy skills. Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
