Job Summary
Conduct one-on-one physical therapy services for older adults in their homes, facilitating clinically excellent autonomous interventions within a geriatric house call model. Deliver treatment in a supportive clinical community while participating in an interdisciplinary approach focused on functional outcomes. Manage your own schedule with flexibility to create, control, and alter your treatment plan, available for full-time, part-time, or PRN positions. Maintain a valid Physical Therapy license, accredited degree, and current CPR certification to join this clinician-operated private practice.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
- Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
- Basic computer literacy skills
