Evaluate, treat, and restore function for patients in outpatient physical therapy settings through individualized one-on-one sessions. Deliver medically prescribed services that improve mobility, reduce pain, and prevent disability while educating patients on recovery goals. Develop and implement treatment plans, monitor progress, and adjust interventions as needed. Document evaluations, treatments, and outcomes accurately while collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and licensing requirements.
