Physical Therapist (Up to $10k Sign-On Bonus)

Evaluate, treat, and restore function by performing patient evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing therapeutic interventions for rehabilitation. Monitor patient progress to adjust plans as needed, while educating patients and families on recovery goals. Document all evaluations, treatments, and outcomes accurately, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Deliver one-on-one sessions in a hospital-based outpatient setting with a therapist-driven schedule from 7 to 5:30.
