Physical Therapist (Up to $10k Sign-On Bonus)

Conduct individualized physical therapy sessions with patients in a hospital-based outpatient setting, delivering one-on-one care to evaluate, treat, and restore function while improving mobility and reducing pain. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments, monitor progress, and adjust interventions as needed to prevent disability. Educate patients and families on recovery goals and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with regulatory and patient safety standards. Document all evaluations, treatments, and outcomes accurately within the integrated EMR system.
